3. All items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Buyers are given 3 days to make full payment from the date of our email reply (unless we are given prior notice for certain cases). Booking will be released to others if payment is not made within the said date.
5. To restock an item, full payment has to be made to serve as a commitment, or 50% deposit for those with exceptional cases (overseas, etc).
6. Should there be any cancellation after payment is made, there will be NO refund after restock orders are done. If you wish to cancel your booking before the 50% deposit is made, please send us an sms for immediate reply.
7. All of RaRa Black’s customers’ information given for database & communication purposes will be kept private and confidential.
8. Buyers will bear all delivery/postage charges, unless specified otherwise (please refer to ‘Delivery Details’ for more info on rates or seasonal promotional offers on delivery/postage charges).
9. All items delivered will be packed in an envelope parcel protected with plastic to help avoid damage; we bear no responsibility over any unforeseen damages during the course of postage period.
10. Due to technical differences of computer screens & photography effect, colour that is seen on screen may differ from the actual item. Do clarify further with us if you are particular about the actual colour.
